Rachel has over ten years experience in the financial services industry. She started with a small broker-dealer firm where she was responsible for all operations ranging from compliance to customer service. She then became a sales assistant as she holds her NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Rachel has her Associates of Arts Degree and is currently working towards her Bachelors Degree.
Rachel joined FiveStar Tax and Business Services in July of 2003. Her priority is to provide high quality customer service and support to both our financial services clients and tax clients. Rachel assists Mark Vanden Einde in marketing, research, compliance and service issues as his financial services assistant.
Rachel also provides support services for the tax preparers by preparing year end forms and reports and assisting with tax file preparation during the tax season.
Rachel has two young children, 3 and 5, who keep her busy and are her source of inspiration. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family boating, fishing and spending time outdoors in northern Minnesota. She also enjoys photography, reading and scrap-booking with her friends.
